Your personal command center for getting things done. Track, organize, and complete tasks across multiple views.
My Tasks
Your personal task list โ the default view. See everything assigned to you in a clean, scannable list.

Create a task
Click the + button or press N to add a new task. Give it a title and hit Enter.

Set priority & due date
Click on a task to open its detail panel. Add due dates, priority, and assignees.

Organize with categories
Use categories like Work, Personal, or Meeting to group related tasks.

Complete tasks
Click the checkbox to mark a task as done. Completed tasks fade but stay visible.
You can drag and reorder tasks by grabbing the grip handle on the left side of each task row.
Board View
Kanban-style board to visualize your workflow. Drag cards between columns to update their status.
Custom Columns
Create your own columns with custom labels and colors. Rename, reorder, or delete columns anytime.
Drag & Drop
Move tasks between columns by dragging cards. The task status updates automatically.
Add Cards Inline
Click + at the bottom of any column to create a new task directly in that status.
Multiple Boards
Create separate boards for different workflows. Switch between them with the board selector.

Switch to Board view
Click the 'Board' tab in the top navigation strip.

Create columns
Click '+ Add Column' to define your workflow stages. Set a label and color for each.

Add tasks to the board
Click + at the bottom of any column, or drag existing tasks from My Tasks.

Move tasks across stages
Drag a card from one column to another to change its status.
Right-click any column header to rename it, change its color, or delete it. Tasks in deleted columns move to the first column.
Timeline (Gantt)
See your tasks on a timeline. Set start and due dates, then drag to adjust schedules visually.
Date Ranges
Each task shows as a bar spanning its start-to-due date range on the timeline grid.
Drag to Reschedule
Drag a task bar left or right to move its dates. Drag the edges to extend or shorten.
Zoom Levels
Toggle between Week and Month zoom to see the big picture or focus on details.
Today Marker
A red vertical line marks today, so you always know where you are in time.

Open Timeline view
Click the 'Timeline' tab from the task page header.

Set task dates
Tasks need a start date and due date to appear on the timeline. Set them in the task detail panel.

Drag to adjust
Grab a task bar to move it. Drag the left or right edge to resize the duration.

Click to inspect
Click any task bar to open a slide-in detail panel. Pin it open while you browse.
Use the Pin button in the task detail sheet to dock it to the right side, so it stays visible as you navigate the timeline.
Backlog
A staging area for tasks that aren't scheduled yet. Triage and prioritize before moving them into active work.
Unscheduled Tasks
Tasks without dates or those explicitly marked as backlog appear here.
List or Timeline
Toggle between a flat list view and a timeline sub-view within the backlog.
Sprint Selector
When your project has sprints, filter the backlog by sprint to see what's planned.
Move to Board
Drag tasks from backlog to an active sprint or board column to start working on them.

Open the Backlog
Click the 'Backlog' tab in the task page header.

Review unscheduled tasks
Scan through tasks that haven't been assigned to a sprint or given dates.

Assign to sprints
Use the sprint dropdown to move tasks into upcoming sprints.

Switch sub-views
Toggle between List and Timeline at the top of the backlog to change how you see tasks.
Task Detail Panel
Every task opens into a rich detail panel with fields, conversations, and activity tracking.
Assignee
Type-ahead search to assign team members. Invite new people on the fly.
Dates
Set start date and due date. Both appear on the timeline.
Priority & Status
Choose urgency levels and track status from todo to done.
Detail panel layout
Left โ Conversation
Comments, activity log, attachments
Right โ Details
Assignee, dates, priority, project, status
On smaller screens, the panel shows as a single column. On wider screens (1280px+), you get the two-column layout with conversation on the left and details on the right.
