Your Inbox

All your emails in a clean, focused view. Scan, triage, and respond without the clutter.

    Open Mail

    Click the Mail icon in the sidebar to view your inbox.

    Read an email

    Click any email row to open it in the reading pane.

    Star important emails

    Click the star icon to mark emails you want to find quickly later.

    Quick actions

    Use the toolbar icons to archive, delete, or reply without opening the email.

Unread emails appear with a bolder font weight. Once you open an email, it's automatically marked as read.

Compose

Write and send emails with a clean, distraction-free composer.

    Click Compose

    Hit the compose button (or press C) to open a new email draft.

    Add recipients

    Type email addresses in the To field. Add CC or BCC by clicking the respective links.

    Write your message

    Use the rich text editor for formatting โ€” bold, italic, lists, and links.

  4. 4

    Attach files if needed

    Click the paperclip icon or drag files into the composer.

  5. 5

    Send

    Click Send or press Ctrl+Enter to deliver your email.

Drafts are saved automatically as you type. If you close the composer, your draft will be waiting when you come back.

Labels & Folders

Keep your inbox tidy with labels, folders, and smart filtering.

Labels

Apply color-coded labels to emails for easy categorization. One email can have multiple labels.

Folders

Move emails into folders to organize by project, course, or any category that makes sense.

Starred

Star important emails to create a quick-access list of messages that matter most.

Archive

Archive emails you're done with but might need later. They leave your inbox but are still searchable.

    Apply labels

    Select an email, click the label icon, and choose or create a label.

    Move to folders

    Drag emails to folders in the sidebar, or use the Move button.

    Archive done emails

    Click Archive (or press E) to move emails out of your inbox.

    Use filters

    Click the filter icon in the inbox to show only unread, starred, or labeled emails.

    Open search

    Click the search bar at the top of the mail interface, or press /.

  2. 2

    Type your query

    Search by sender, subject, or content. Combine terms for more precise results.

  3. 3

    Use filters

    Filter by date, read/unread status, labels, or whether it has attachments.

    Jump to the email

    Click any search result to open the email directly.

Attachments

Send and receive files seamlessly within your email.

Attach Files

Click the paperclip or drag files into the composer. Multiple files supported.

Forward Attachments

When forwarding an email, attachments are included automatically.

    Attach files when composing

    Click the paperclip icon in the compose window. Select files from your computer.

    View received attachments

    Attachments appear at the bottom of the email with preview thumbnails.

  3. 3

    Download or save

    Click an attachment to download it, or save it directly to your Library.

You can preview images and PDFs inline without downloading them. Click the preview thumbnail for a full-size view.
