Not as the company.
Most products give AI an elevated index across everyone's content and trust it to "summarize safely." We don't. Colix's AI sees what you see — byte for byte. Where you get a 403, it gets a 403. There's no service account, no shadow index, no carve-out.
Direct messages are stricter still: AI can't read a DM until you explicitly opt in, per conversation.

What's actually included for $16 per seat?
Everything in Plus, plus private team pages, granular permissions, SSO, audit log, workspace analytics, 500 GB storage, and 90-day page history. AI is included — 5,000 credits per seat per month — so the whole team gets the same AI no matter who's editing.
Does AI read my team's private content?
AI runs as the user, not as a service account. It only sees what that team member can already see — byte for byte. No 'AI sees the whole org and summarizes safely.' Where the user gets a 403, AI gets a 403. Direct messages are stricter still: AI cannot read DMs until you explicitly opt in, per conversation.
Will AI auto-apply changes to my teammates' work?
Never. AI suggestions show up visually distinct, with equal-weight Accept and Reject buttons. Reject within 30 seconds and the credits return. AI never writes to another user's tasks, calendar, or messages without an explicit human action.
Does Colix support real-time multi-cursor editing?
Not yet. Block sync today is single-editor with optimistic local writes. Multi-cursor presence is a planned v2 architecture project — shipped as one focused migration, not bolted on. Comments, mentions, and threads work today.
Which integrations are available on Business at launch?
Google Calendar (read-only — events show in Today and on tasks) and a one-shot content import for migrating from other note-taking apps. Additional integrations for chat tools, project trackers, and code repositories are on the post-launch roadmap.
What about mobile?
Mobile is a deliberate companion: messages and tasks only. Deep work — editor, library, project pages — lives on desktop. We'd rather build two surfaces well than spread thin across five.
How does cancelling work?
Your data is preserved — never deleted. AI artifacts your team accepted stay readable and exportable indefinitely. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
